Us Labor Department Releases $500 million in "Green Job Grants" REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH PROGRAM

In a very clever/ political way the Us Labor department has distributed another$150M in grants for 'Green Job" training. The do not describe what a "green Job" is or should be.
